The digits are the same, but the account number no longer includes a hyphen (-). Your new account number is printed on your monthly bill and can be seen within your SmartHub account. To register for SmartHub, you can retrieve your account number below by using your previous novec.com login.
New to NOVEC.com?
If you are a new NOVEC customer and have never registered for a NOVEC online account, you will need your account number (printed on your monthly paper bill) to register for SmartHub.
