- Call 703-335-0500, and follow the prompts to verify the primary phone number for your service location. You can add your cellphone number to your account for outage texting.
- You can also log into SmartHub and update your phone number.
- This allows the system to recognize your phone number and saves you time if you ever have to call or text to report an outage in the future.
