Retail Store Payments

Customers who pay their NOVEC bills at retail stores should know that payments are not posted instantly and late fees may apply

Some customers are paying their NOVEC bills at retail stores, such as Wal-Mart and Bloom.

NOVEC does not have any arrangements with any retail store for payment of bills. Payments made by Co-op customers through these outlets do not post instantly to customers' accounts. It may be several days before NOVEC receives the payments. The delay may result in a late fee for customers who pay on or close to the bill's due date.
