Updating Your NOVEC Password

We’re asking all customers to update their NOVEC.com password.

Protecting our customers and their information has always been a top priority at NOVEC. We’ve updated our password requirements for NOVEC.com and we’re asking customers to create new passwords that are 10 characters long, have at least 1 capital letter, 1 lower case letter, and 1 special character. Using complex passwords adds an extra layer of security to your account and helps to protect your personal information. If your password already meets these requirements, please note, we ask customers to periodically update passwords as an additional security measure.
